At Take Over Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty professional kits and supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused products.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your beauty supplies arrive safely for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
